Beit Sara was born from our family owned factory in Syria, established in 2018, specializing in authentic Levantine mouneh and seafood jars. From the start, we have been committed to producing 100% natural products, free from preservatives, using a unique long-life preservation method that sets us apart.
Our mouneh range includes jams, honey, artichoke crowns, olives, and more, preserving the authentic flavors of the Levant. We also produce a wide selection for the ready to eat loubye bi zeit, mousakaa, stuffed grape leaves, and others bringing homemade Levantine flavors straight to the shelf.
We proudly developed our seafood line Skyfish, offering premium tuna and crab jars crafted with the same natural philosophy.
For over 8 years, our products have been exported to the Gulf, Canada, Romania, USA , and more under another brand name. Today, Beit Sara brings this heritage to Beirut Souks with a retail store and eatery where every dish is made from the jars we sell — our unique “From Jar to Plate” promise.
